My Approach: Psychology Meets Leadership
I don't coach the way most people do.
I have a PsyD in Clinical Psychology, and I bring the full weight of that training to my work. I use psychology, neuroscience, and emotional intelligence to understand what's really happening beneath the surface. I hear what you're not saying. I see the patterns you've been repeating without realizing it. And I help you lead in a way that's grounded in how humans actually work.
This isn't about theory or buzzwords. It's about transformation—the kind that happens when you finally see yourself clearly and understand how to create the psychological safety and humanity your team needs to thrive.
Why I Do This Work?
I've always been fascinated by human behavior—why people do what they do, what drives us, what holds us back. And I love watching what happens when leaders finally break through their own limitations. When a leader shifts, everything shifts. Teams perform differently. Culture changes. People stop leaving. The ripple effect is profound, and that's what keeps me doing this work.
I believe in ethical leadership, in leading with integrity even when it's hard, and in creating workplaces where people feel psychologically safe enough to do their best work. That's the kind of leadership that changes organizations—and that's what I help my clients build.
