How many members are in each group?

To keep the conversations meaningful and ensure every voice is heard, each group is capped at 8–10 members.

Who facilitates the group?

All sessions are led by Dr. Michele D’Amico, executive leadership coach, founder of Vetta Consultants, and author of Clear & Purpose-Driven and Unmuted. Michele brings decades of experience helping women lead with confidence, purpose, and integrity.

Is this group only for women with employees?

No. While many members will lead small teams, this group is also open to solopreneurs with growing businesses who are stepping into greater leadership and decision-making roles.

What if I can’t make a session?

We understand life happens. Sessions are not recorded to protect confidentiality, but you’ll still receive prompts, resources, and a brief recap from the group to stay in the loop. Your 1:1 session can also help you catch up on what you missed.

What happens during the private 1:1 coaching session?

Each month you’ll get a 60-minute private coaching session to go deeper into your unique challenges and goals. These are tailored, confidential conversations focused entirely on you and your business growth.

Can I try a session before committing?

Because of the intimate nature of the group, we don’t offer drop-ins. However, you can schedule a complimentary call with Michele to see if this is the right fit before joining.

What’s the time commitment?

Each month you’ll attend one 3-hour group session and one 1-hour coaching session. You’ll also have optional reflection prompts and business resources, but no required homework.
